Nori Wrap

Packed full of vitamins and an excellent taste!

6 sheets of Nori

One avocado, thinly sliced

One mango, thinly sliced

1 cup alfalfa sprouts

¼ cucumber, thinly sliced

½ sprouted grain/legume of choice (optional)

Four radishes, sliced (optional)

Lay out 1 sheet of Nori and put the desired amount of every ingredient within the middle. Roll the Nori (with ingredients inside) up into a wrap. You are able to also use sauces, dips, or dressings for added flavour.

Makes 6 wraps (1-2 servings).

Hummus

An excellent dip that’s high in calcium, protein and perfect for dipping your vegetables into

2 cups chickpeas, sprouted

4 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup raw tahini (ground sesame)

Juice of Two lemons

One cup parsley, chopped

2-3 tbsp olive oil

Sea salt to taste

Pinch of paprika to serve

Blend all the ingredients in the food processor right up until smooth and creamy. Best having a pinch of paprika and serve.

Can make about Four cups.
