When you consume mostly natural foods, the pursuing occurs:

You look younger. Your power levels skyrocket. You require less sleep. You react and believe more clearly. Your pores and skin fits your physique much better — no longer puffy with toxins, nor bulging with extra fat. I am testimony to all the above and I am only about 75% natural. Even after a week, you see good modifications.

Before you begin

After a life-time of eating meat, chemicals and additive laden food, plunging into a totally raw foods diet without the right mindset and preparation, isn’t suggested. Unless highly motivated, you most surely will revert back to your old habits within the week, if not previously.

Start with wherever you’re now

Losing weight is really a by-product, admittedly a fabulous by-product, of eating raw foods. But the actual objective of this diet is great health. So from a wellness perspective, where do you think you’re now?

Are you wellness mindful or can you consume an abundance of processed food? Can you consume meat or do you think you’re a vegan? Do you consume fruit and veggies every day? Start with where you’re now and take one or two small actions toward good health.

The toxic trio in a traditional diet are: trans fats, whitened refined sugar and white refined flour. Stopping even a single of them will make a large difference for your life, so allow that be our starting point. Select a single and for that next 30 nights go without it.
